Built for Schools by People Who Understand School Operations
Clearer requests, connected resources and less time chasing the next step.
Our Mission
Help school teams coordinate everyday operations with practical tools for requests, budgets, purchasing, inventory, planning and transport.
Our Vision
We envision schools where administrators, teachers, and support teams spend less time on paperwork and more time supporting students. Workflow is our contribution to that future.
Our Story
Workflow was built from firsthand experience in school environments. We saw administrators and staff lose time to manual workflows, from request emails to inventory spreadsheets and paper purchasing forms.
Workflow brings those connected jobs into one workspace. It is part of SchoolHero.io, alongside Peekadoo for vocabulary learning: two apps designed for different parts of school life.
Our Values
Simplicity
We believe powerful software should be easy to use. Every feature in Workflow is designed with the end user in mind.
Reliability
School work depends on dependable information. We build around clear ownership, access controls and consistent records of operational work.
Transparency
From pricing to data privacy, we are open about how Workflow works and how your data is protected.
Partnership
We work closely with partner schools to understand operational challenges and build features that make a practical difference.
