A warehouse budget is optional in Draft or Cancelled and required after submission. Approved or Ready contributes Pending; In Progress or Delivered/Ready for Pickup contributes Committed from allocated-plus-issued value; Done contributes Actual exclusively from issued value.
Move & Assign budget attribution
Move & Assign can finish without a budget, creating neither attribution nor usage. With a selected budget, a positive completed movement value contributes Actual; a zero value keeps the budget attribution visible as a source without contributing usage.
How It Works
- Catalog items — Add school supplies and assets to the hierarchical category tree with custom codes.
- Fulfil warehouse demand — Source Available stock only from configured LOCATION sources, then reserve, allocate, and issue it.
- Attribute completed movement value — Leave Move & Assign unbudgeted, or retain a selected budget with positive Actual usage or zero-value attribution without usage.
